Current Corona info from the Student Service Center

Dear students,
Dear interested parties,
During the Corona Pandemic, the Service Center Studies will continue to be there for you and support you in the orientation and administration of your studies and advise you on all questions concerning studies and the university.
Personal advice and consultation are available by e-mail, telephone or video call, if necessary, after prior appointment. However, we must still avoid direct contact on site. The building is closed to the public and university members until further notice.
You can reach us Monday through Thursday from 09:00 - 16:30 and Friday from 09:00 - 12:00, also to make an appointment:

Notes on Matriculation Process

Dear students,
please note that a personal enrolment is not possible at the moment. We will gladly accept your documents by regular mail. We would also ask you to transfer the semester fee due (161 euros) via wire transfer, as cash or EC card payment is not possible at the moment.

Tips and Resources for International Students in Unusual Times

Enrolment of international students during Corona

We ask all students to transfer the regular semester fees (161 euros) and the international student fees (1500 euros) so together (1661 euros)  if possible, as cash or EC card payment is not possible at the moment.
For students who cannot enter Germany due to Corona restrictions, off-campus enrollment can be arranged. The completed application for enrollment, the notification of admission and the payment of the regular semester fees of 161 Euro and the international student fees of 1500 Euro are required.
The proof of health insurance and the residence permit must be presented as soon as the students have entered Germany, but at the latest by the end of the winter semester 2021/2022. Enrollment is subject to a re-registration block for summer semester 2022, which will be lifted as soon as these documents are available.

Mentoring during Corona

Intercultural Mentoring: The registration of mentors for the upcoming winter semester 2021/22 is now available at Since a personal interview with the mentors is currently not possible, requests and ideas will be submitted by questionnaire.
